CMC's Black & White Masquerade

Every day, lives in our community are changed because someone cared enough to make healthcare possible. At Community Medical Centers (CMC), our mission is simple yet powerful: working together to improve the health and well-being of our communities. We invite you to join us in this vital endeavor as a sponsor of our Annual Gala on January 7, 2026.

This year’s celebration — themed Black & White Masquerade — will be an elegant evening of connection, purpose, and impact. We are especially excited to introduce our new Chief Executive Officer, Greg Diederich, who will share the vision for CMC’s future. More than 250 community leaders, business partners, and supporters will come together to celebrate and invest in healthier futures for our neighbors.

Expanding comprehensive healthcare in San Joaquin and Solano counties is essential to meeting the urgent needs of low-income and underserved residents. Our work includes:

  • Guiding new mothers toward healthy beginnings
  • Addressing the mental and behavioral health needs of adolescents early
  • Helping older adults manage chronic illnesses for longer, fuller lives
  • Providing stabilizing healthcare services to those experiencing homelessness

Your sponsorship will help bridge the funding gaps for vital but unfunded or underfunded programs that directly improve health outcomes in our communities. In 2024 alone, CMC provided compassionate care to more than 116,000 individuals, including: 112,200 living in severe poverty; 11,163 children; 11,359 uninsured individuals; 9,591 seniors and 8,785 individuals without stable housing.

By sponsoring the gala, you are not only supporting a memorable evening — you are raising critical funds and awareness for essential medical, dental, and behavioral health services that will change lives.

A big thank you to our sponsors!
