Community Medical Centers' Annual Fundraiser/45 Year Anniversary
Community Medical Centers is holding its annual fundraiser gala to support health care services for families and vulnerable community members. The event also marks our 45 Year Anniversary, a significant milestone in our history of providing care to underserved communities. The mission of Community Medical Centers: "Working together to improve health and well-being in our communities."
- We serve more than 111,000 patients per year in San Joaquin and Solano counties
- 97% of our patients are low-income
- 7% are homeless
- 12% are migrant/agricultural workers
- 85% are of racial or ethnic minority background
- 1 in 3 require care in a language other than English
- We employ more than 950 people
- Our staff provide medical care, general dentistry, behavioral health, mobile health care units and other services
